Un homme de 32 ans de Terrebonne, qui aurait approché des mineurs sur TikTok, Snapchat et Fortnite sous différents pseudonymes, a été arrêté mercredi dans une enquête liée à des infractions d’ordre sexuelles présumées visant plusieurs victimes au Québec. Maxime Musacchia fait face à plusieurs accusations, dont leurre informatique, production de matériel d’abus et d’exploitation pédosexuels, avoir rendu accessible du contenu sexuellement explicite ainsi qu’avoir facilité une infraction, selon un communiqué du Service de police de Terrebonne/Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines/Bois-des-Filion, jeudi. Les événements reprochés se seraient produits entre 2023 et 2025 dans différentes régions de la province, et ce, à l’endroit de plusieurs victimes mineures. Selon les enquêteurs, l’homme utilisait diverses plateformes, dont TikTok, Snapchat et Fortinite, pour entrer en contact avec les victimes présumées. Les policiers soutiennent qu’il échangeait avec elles à l’aide de plusieurs identités en ligne, notamment « Max-qc2024 », « Fordmustang_90 », « Max_gtr_35 », « Maxgtr2024@hotmail.com » et « 2000 ». L’enquête tend également à démontrer que l’homme de 32 ans aurait pu faire davantage de victimes. Les autorités demandent à toute personne possédant des informations en lien avec cette affaire de communiquer avec le Service de police de Terrebonne en mentionnant la référence GECS 26-050.

A Montreal-based civil lawyer arrested last week and facing several charges involving alleged sexual abuse of minors might have other victims, the Montreal police say. Daniel Rochefort, 72, was arrested by the Montreal police and was charged on Friday with producing “material of abuse and pedo-sexual exploitation” and corrupting children. On the latter count, he is alleged to have communicated with an investigator posing as a 12-year-old girl through telecommunication. He was detained over the weekend and when he appeared before a judge at the Montreal courthouse on Monday, he learned he faces another series of charges. In the more recent case, Rochefort faces four counts each of sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching. He is also charged with sexual assault. All of the charges involve the same person, a minor. The alleged offences took place between 2007 and 2012, and some are alleged to have taken place in a foreign country. Rochefort remains detained and has another court hearing scheduled for later this week. “Investigative teams from the two specialized units have reason to believe that Daniel Rochefort may have had other victims.
