Twitch Streamer Unboxes Dead Pig And Uranium Ore Sent By “Fans” – TheGamer

"Believe it or not, I don’t want a f**king embalmed pig, alright?" Twitch streamer and YouTuber General Sam just had what will probably go down as one of the most memorable fan mail streams ever. For some reason, fans decided to make this a PO box opening General Sam would never forget, gifting him a dead pig and a uranium ore. Yes, really. We even got a good glimpse at what seems to be the dead pig vacuum sealed into some plastic live on stream, in case you've ever wondered what that would look like. General Sam is just as taken aback as you'd expect, and comments that the smell was like... well, exactly what you'd expect a dead pig to smell like. Not great. Then, as if the smell of rotting (?) farmyard animals wasn't bad enough, the streamer was also treated to some uranium, which is something you can apparently just send in the post like that. "Don’t send me shit like this," says General Sam, showing the dead pig's body off to the camera. "Believe it or not, I don’t want a fucking embalmed pig, alright? I know I seem like an embalmed pig kind of guy...

Best supports to pair with Twitch in League of Legends – Dot Esports

It’s frustrating enough to play against League of Legends champions that players can see, but it’s even worse to try and strategize around those they can’t. While there aren’t many champions that can hide in the shadows with camouflage tactics, the few that are in the game are incredibly tedious to deal with, as players need to be constantly aware of their surroundings otherwise they will fall victim to a barrage of damage from an enemy they couldn’t see seconds prior. One of these champions is Twitch, the Plague Rat, who has been a bane to the existence of many players since his release over a decade ago. Twitch is one of the most nefarious cases of “hyper carry” within League. The longer the games go and the more items he’s able to purchase, the stronger he becomes. Simply seeing a Twitch on the enemy team is a signal to both buy as many Control Wards as possible and attempt to finish the game quickly since letting him roam and accrue kills freely will lead to an even more difficult game. There aren’t many support champions that function poorly alongside Twitch in the bot lane. Whether players opt for an

Streamers Unhappy With Twitch Pride Month Celebrations – The Indiependent

©TwitchSeveral LGBTQIA+ streamers have expressed disappointment over how Twitch handled this year’s Pride Month celebrations.Twitch created a team of 55 LGBTQIA+ creators which were featured live on the front page of the website, and they also created a Pride front page recommendation shelf. However, some streamers noted that this did not benefit them. Both Warwick and ReadySetBen told EuroGamer that their viewership did not increase.“Truth be told it was very disappointing, it was lacklustre in comparison to some of the previous ones,” ReadySetBen said. “This year, you were there but you were underneath other shelves, you had to find queer people. You did appear on recommended shelves, but it’s always people you already follow. It’s so hard to find new creators with that.”Warwick agreed that the shelf wasn’t visible enough on the homepage.“If they want to support Pride Month, they need to make it front and centre,” they said. “I feel like Twitch wants to support but they feel like that if they put it front and centre then they will get more of a backlash.“I feel like they should change their outlook and change the front page and go ‘this is what we’re supporting, if you don’t like it this

We showed up for Sally | The Humane Society of the United States

July 14, 2023 Mother and puppies among 114 dogs rescued from neglect Thin, fearful Sally greeted our Animal Rescue Team with barks, then gentle sniffs. A mom of three puppies so tiny they hadn’t yet opened their eyes, Sally was housed outdoors in a plastic shelter with no apparent food or water. She stayed nose to nose with her days-old puppies as our rescuers lifted them onto an exam table for a wellness check, a devoted mom whether lying on filthy plastic or a clean towel. Unlike the millions of mother dogs trapped in inhumane breeding operations across the U.S., Sally got lucky. When authorities requested our help rescuing dogs from a reportedly abusive breeder in North Carolina, we showed up and searched feces-encrusted outdoor pens and a squalid mobile home. What we found was heartbreaking: Dead puppies in a freezer; 114 dogs with ailments such as heartworm and tick-borne disease, severe mange and anemia, open sores and untreated injuries; dogs shot with BB pellets; and several other pregnant or nursing mothers. We removed all the dogs from the property and placed them in a confidential, safe facility or in foster homes. Learn More When we first transported Sally and
