The answer, however, almost always, is a resounding no. Despite its critics, Snapchat remains one of the most widely used social platforms for America's Generation Z, consisting of those born in 1996 or later. According to Snap Inc.'s CEO Evan Spiegel, Snapchat reaches 90% of those between the ages of 13 and 24 in the United States. The platform continues to grow, adding 9 million daily active users in the second quarter of 2020 and boosting quarterly revenue by 17%. Today, over 238 million people use Snapchat daily. In this article, I'll make the case for integrating Snapchat advertising into your social media marketing strategy. For businesses and e-commerce stores targeting young Americans, I believe it holds the best value for a brand's advertising dollars.
