Man faces charges for allegedly exposing a confidential informant via Snapchat, Facebook RACINE — A Racine man is facing criminal charges for allegedly exposing, on the social media app Snapchat and on Facebook, a witness who was speaking with a police investigator in an undercover vehicle.
