ROCHESTER, Minn. — Minnesota State claimed the women’s team title with 775 points at the SCSU Invite, led by sophomore Averi Larsen who contributed victories in the 50-yard freestyle and participated in the winning 200-yard freestyle relay. Larsen excelled in multiple events, contributing significantly to Minnesota State’s success. She placed first in the 50 Yard freestyle with a time of 24.71 seconds and was part of the winning 200 freestyle relay team, clocking in at 1:38.31, alongside sophomore Sydney Pippert , sophomore Savannah Acker , and sophomore Norah Naatjes . Sophomore Savannah Acker also made a strong impact, being a key member of the victorious relay team and securing first place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 57.63 seconds. She further demonstrated her versatility by placing second in the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.41 seconds.
