MedPal AI grows pharmacy revenues and launches Vertex AI WhatsApp triage

MedPal AI (MPAL),  the UK based digital health and AI company, has reported strong growth in pharmacy revenues for November 2025. The company has also launched an AI powered triage service on WhatsApp using Google’s Vertex AI and put in place an At The Market (ATM) equity issuance facility of up to £2 million with Clear Capital. MedPal Limited’s online pharmacy, MedPal Pharmacy, is now registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and supported by a Clinical Services team of Independent Prescribers. In November 2025, it processed 28,789 prescription orders at an average item value of £9.72, generating about £280,000 of revenue and delivering more than 90% month on month growth, driven by the NHS Distance Selling Pharmacy contract and the private weight loss service via MedPal.clinic. The company has deployed Google’s Vertex AI to power clinical triage via a dedicated WhatsApp Business number (07300 100 600), using proprietary machine learning models trained on clinical data.
