Authorities were back at the home of Annie Guthrie late Saturday night as the search for her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie, continues. KGUN TV reports at least three deputy sheriffs were seen at “Today” show anchor Savannah Guthrie’s older sister’s home for several hours. Witnesses say flashes were seen as if photographs were being taken despite the drawn shades. According to KGUN, authorities left with one bag. One of the deputies was also seen wearing blue latex gloves. Earlier in the evening the children of Nancy Guthrie released a plea on Instagram saying they would pay for their mother’s return. “We received your message and we understand. We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her,” Savannah Guthrie said. “This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.” The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward in the search for Nancy Guthrie. Authorities in Pima County, Arizona, said they have not yet identified a suspect and are treating a ransom note tied to the case as credible.
