Parents urged to check children’s Snapchat use in Warrington

POLICE are urging parents to speak with their children about Snapchat safety after reports surfaced of a large group chat where indecent images of adults were reportedly shared in Warrington. The group chat, which initially operated under the name “Hype Group”, has since been renamed “Nag FC”. It is believed to have included more than 100 young people from the Warrington area. Authorities say that individuals identified as part of the group have already been spoken to by their schools, and parents have been informed.
