Construction workers continue framing and conduit work at the Stonington Village site with all the 3-story unit’s framing being nearly completed and widows and roofing being installed on one of the units on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The new multi-use development in Pawcatuck. Stonington Village is a three-phase mixed-use project, combining a new residential community with commercial offices and recreational facilities. The first phase focuses on residential construction, and will consist of two 36-unit, three-story apartment buildings along with a 5,720-square-foot single-story clubhouse to be available for new families. Completion of the phase one construction currently underway is anticipated to be done by May 2026. Future phases will introduce recently proposed technology center and recreational amenities.
