‘Scrubs’ Reboot: Judy Reyes Offers a Major Turk and Carla Update – TVLine

Even though Judy Reyes is committed to ABC‘s High Potential, the actress has carved out time to reprise Carla in the upcoming Scrubs revival — and she now confirms she’ll appear in four episodes. “I’m so grateful,” she says. “Because they’re both ABC shows, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure that I’m available for both.” Reyes is talking to TVLine just five days after reuniting with fellow Sacred Heart alums — including Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, John C. McGinley and TV husband Donald Faison — for their first table read in 15 years. “That was really special,” she says. “It was kind of like we just left for lunch and came back and saw each other. It was very emotional with how terrific the script was and how much of our original team was actually there — including the writers. It was kind of like we never left.
