A man in Memphis, Tennessee, has been arrested after he was accused of raping and kidnapping a 13-year-old girl that he met on Snapchat during an incident on Christmas Eve 2025. Breon Collins was arrested on Wednesday, January 14, and was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated rape, evading arrest in an automobile and evading arrest, according to statement from the Memphis Police Department. Arrest records state that Memphis Police Department officers responded to a home in East Memphis on December 24, 2025, after receiving reports of a “suspicious vehicle,” according to Fox 13 Memphis. Upon their arrival, officers found two people unclothed in a car on North Fernway Road. The man was identified as Collins, 32, and it was quickly discovered that he had an outstanding warrant. After police asked for the girl’s information, Collins said that “they didn’t need her information,” per the affidavit. Collins was then ordered to get out of the car, though he drove off with the girl still in the vehicle.
