Online video sharing platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Vimeo and Twitch have to follow new guidelines set out by U.K. media regulator Ofcom to keep people better protected from harmful content.The guidance, published on Wednesday, requires platforms to provide clear rules around uploading content; have easy reporting and complaint processes; and restrict access to adult sites.
