Twitch bans Fortnite pro Clix for 'sexual conduct' on stream | Metro News

Fourth time must be the charm as Twitch has once again banned Clix for violating its sexual conduct clause, following a GTA5 role-play incident. There must be something in the air at the moment, as so many streamers have been receiving bans for some alleged sexual activity.  Cody ‘Clix’ Conrod is one of them, as he just got a seven day ban for streaming a GTA5 role-play in which his character engaged in sexually explicit content.  Shortly after the live broadcast ended, fans who went on Clix’s page saw that his channel was temporarily taken down.  Though Clix was initially confused as to why he received the ban he quickly popped onto Twitter to address the situation.   He said it was ‘crazy’ how he received the same penalty as another Twitch streamer, who actually had sex while streaming.  Not long ago, Peruvian streamer Kimmikka was caught having sex live on Twitch and also got a seven day ban, which many Twitter users thought was too short.   She later got her ban reversed, with Twitch sending her an email apologising for ‘any inconvenience or confusion that this situation may have caused her.’  Crazy how I get a 7 day ban…
