North Ayrshire sex offender who groomed teens on Snapchat sentenced

A NORTH Ayrshire sex offender who bribed children with vapes and gift cards in exchange for pictures of their “feet and socks” has been spared a prison sentence. Creepy Lee O’Regan, who also sent explicit videos to the teens, was sentenced at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week. The 23-year-old previously pleaded guilty to three charges at a hearing earlier this year. He admitted causing two children, then aged 14 and 15, to look at a sexual image, and communicating indecently with the pair. He also communicated indecently with a third child, also aged 14 at the time. All three of the kids were known to each other as friends from school. (Image: Staff) At the end of 2023, one of the teens was introduced to the Kilwinning man, of Ladyford Avenue, after joining a FaceTime call with another friend, which O’Regan was also on.
