Belgian winger Jeremy Doku was able to attend the birth of his son in London on June 22 and will return to his national team on June 23. Doku’s wife Shireen gave birth to a son named Praise on June 22, the Belgian football federation said in a statement attributed to team doctor Brahim Hacene. “As he had already been receiving appropriate medical treatment for several days, he was able to fly without medical risk to be with his family during this very special moment,” Hacene said in a statement. “He was accompanied by my colleague, Dr Brecht De Coninck.
