Sep. 25—The Aiken City Council meets Monday, with little on its formal agenda and no work session planned.Council will consider the sale of a lot on Monetta Street in Governor Aiken Park as well as a budget adjustment to account for a $300,000 brownfield grant from the Environmental Protection Agency.
