‘Almost caught me one,’ teen posted on Instagram after central Pa. shooting: police

After the April 20 shooting, Blaze Dickson bragged about it in an Instagram post, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Chambersburg police. “I really bang my pole to kill. Almost caught me one,” police said he wrote. Dickson was charged on Wednesday with two counts of attempted homicide and related offenses. Court records show he was denied bail because “no bail conditions [are] available to ensure the safety of the victims and the community.” The affidavit said the victims’ parents called the police to report the shooting around 10:38 a.m. on April 30, 10 days later. The parents told police Dickson was with two other males when he shot at the brothers around 7:52 p.m. on April 20. During a police interview, one of the brothers said they first saw Dickson and the other two males on Birch Street.
