Our Australia team celebrated a double victory at the Asia-Pacific Project Controls Expo Awards, with our projects winning in the innovation of the year and transformation project of the year categories. The Project Controls Expo Awards recognise the achievements of an individual, project, programme or organisation. Six of our people and projects were shortlisted for the awards, with two of our projects announced as winners. Our team combined agile project management techniques, stakeholder engagement and a commitment to continuous improvement to develop a portfolio management information hub. This hub has transformed MTR’s ways of working and is now the single source of truth for data-driven decisions across its portfolio.
