Baldur’s Gate 3 isn’t the first game to do Twitch Drops, but there are plenty of incentives to make this your first time accessing them. While the items involved in Twitch Drops aren’t going to change the game for you, they are fun little add-ons that give your character a bit more flair while traversing the dangerous and mysterious world of Baldur’s Gate 3.
