Jeroen Kraaijenbrink and his explanation of the Management Zoo The Great Indian workplace is full of diverse individuals who, much like the animal kingdom in a jungle, contribute to the survival of the ecosystem at large. Each employee brings a different skillset to the table and contributes towards the growth of their organization. The management zoo infographic by Jeroen Kraaijenbrink, advisor and lecturer at Amsterdam Business school, shows 10 dangerous types of personalities to avoid at the workplace—HiPPO (Highest Paid Person’s Opinion), ZEBRA (Zero Evidence But Really Arrogant) among others. Each of these personalities have been designated an acronym similar to an animal found in a zoo.In a now viral LinkedIn post, Kraaijenbrink explains these personality types and also suggests a three-step approach to coexisting with these personalities: i) Help them reflect/realize ii) Help them correct and improve iii) avoid or let them go. While "letting them go" seems plausible, it is equally essential for employees to know that these personalities aren’t going anywhere and they exist at every workplace. Perhaps, one needs a holistic approach which consists of addressing these issues and if there is no solution in sight, seeking appropriate recourse. Here are some tips/tricks you can follow

So long Jimmy Kimmel, it’s Gronk’s house now. Former NFL star Rob Gronkowski is taking over the naming rights to the LA Bowl, the college football gown game owned and operated by SoFi Stadium. The bowl game — which will see the Mountain West’s No. 1 selection face off against the Pac-12’s No. 5 selection — will now be called the “LA Bowl Hosted by Gronk.” Gronkowski is taking over the naming rights from ABC late night host Jimmy Kimmel, who had hosted the game for the past two years. The game used to be called the Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl. Kimmel made the bowl game a bit on his ABC talk show, creating an official mascot (“Jimmy Camel,” a vomiting camel) and an official sandwich for the game (and creating segments for the show in the process). Tony Fernandes, the outspoken boss of Malaysian budget airline AirAsia, is known for his bold moves. But his latest comment may have been a little too bold—and revealing.In a LinkedIn post on Tuesday, Fernandes posted a photo of himself shirtless and receiving a massage in a meeting room. "Got to love Indonesia and AirAsia culture that I can have a massage and do a management meeting," he wrote in the post, which has since been deleted.
