In a wide-ranging interview, Shappley shared the trends that she is seeing in hiring.  The talent acquisition executive said that there’s been a rebound in hiring, and the job market is strong. It seems that LinkedIn has finally decided to hop on the wagon by offering users a dark mode that they can use to make the user interface a bit easier on the eyes.
