LOGAN — A 37-year-old Logan man was arrested Monday on multiple felony charges after authorities say he sent explicit images and videos of himself to a 16-year-old girl on Snapchat. Jorge Alberto Cruz was taken into custody Aug. 31, and booked into the Cache County Jail on four counts of distributing material harmful to a minor, one count of enticing a minor and one count of providing false information to a peace officer, according to an affidavit of probable cause. Detectives examined the phone with the mother’s consent and reviewed a Snapchat account under the username “a_wences23.” In chats with the victim, the account user was told the girl was 16 years old on March 12. In April, the account sent several inappropriate pictures and messages. Additional photos and a video of the sender were also sent, the affidavit states. The Cubs spent Monday night launching baseballs into every corner of the Wrigley Field bleachers. Roughly 24 hours later, their bullpen turned a three-run lead into another loss. If that sounds familiar, it should.Another Cubs lead disappears Chicago had Milwaukee in a 3-0 hole Tuesday after three doubles in the fourth inning. Matthew Boyd was not dominant, but he kept the Brewers scoreless until the sixth and departed with the Cubs still ahead. Then Daniel Palencia entered. What followed was a balk, an RBI double and a Christian Yelich home run. Palencia faced three batters and retired none of them. A 3-1 game became 5-3 before Counsell could reach for someone else.
