Snoop Dogg performs onstage during the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. event on November 28, 2020 in Los Angeles, California. The rapper recently addressed an Eminem diss on Instagram. (Photo by Joe Scarnici/Getty Images for Triller)Getty Images for TrillerDiss tracks are quite common in the world of rap. What’s even more common is Eminem coming out with scathing diss tracks known for taking zero prisoners. For some, getting lyrically torn apart by Marshall Mathers is not unlike getting knighted by the Queen (see: Machine Gun Kelly). Others aren’t exactly thrilled at being so involved in an Eminem song (see: Mariah Carey). Most recently, Eminem featured a response to the negative comments made by fellow rapper, Snoop Dogg (born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.), in the song “Zeus” from his “Music to be Murdered By—Side B” album. When an Eminem fan account asked whether Snoop’s comments were actually disrespectful in an Instagram post, Snoop himself had something to say.His words: “Pray I don’t answer that soft a** s***.”According to Hip-Hop Wired, the lyrics of “Zeus” address something Snoop said during a July 2020 interview on The Breakfast Club. Snoop questions Eminem’s legitimacy as a rapper—attributing his success to the help of rapping…

The Internal Security Forces (ISF) are warning citizens about a WhatsApp message scam that has been going around. A number of Lebanese have reported receiving a fake WhatsApp message stating that they can register to a program of the World Health Organization (WHO) through a link and get a sum of money worth 500 EUR (about 615 USD) after answering several questions and sharing the link with their friends. However, it’s important to realize that the link included in the message does not actually belong to the World Health Organization. “It may aim to pull the information from the recipient’s device, in preparation for later use in fraudulent acts,” wrote the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces in its warning. The ISF has asked citizens to be alert and practice caution and not to enter any strange link that they do not recognize, even if they seem to be on behalf of well-known organizations or institutions.

Explaining the idea behind the gesture, Shinoda said: “For 2021, I wanted to find a way to give back to my amazing community online. I’m looking for vocalists, rappers, and songwriters who need help getting to the next level. “If I find someone great, I’ll produce their track, live on my Twitch channel. There’s no formal contest, just an intention. The fans on Twitch will help me find the right vocalists.” He added there were only two rules to take note of – he wouldn’t be doing vocals himself, artists should only contribute “vocals and one instrument, nothing filled out, just the ‘song’”, and “no back-seat producing” would be allowed. “The track has to be in my hands until I feel like I’m done,” he said. Those who want to take part should head to Shinoda’s Twitch channel here. Last year, the musician collaborated with his Twitch viewers to…

Last month, Facebook launched a wide-scale attack against Apple's coming IDFA changes, which will provide app users with more explicit information about data tracking by each app, and enable them to opt-out of such, if they choose.  Now, a new report has suggested there may be good reason for Facebook's opposition - according to data from MKM Partners, Facebook, along with Snapchat, stands to suffer the most impact from the IDFA update, with many users expected to opt-out of their data tracking due to the amount of insights that both companies take in. IDFA enables app owners to track individual user data within apps, including actions taken within the app, device info, acquisition insights, etc. Right now,  iOS users can opt-out of IDFA tracking, but the settings are not readily accessible, and require some digging to find. The update to iOS 14 will make IDFA explicitly opt-in, with a new pop-up prompt when you open each app. According to MKM's analysis, which looked at total user numbers, first-party data access and relative revenue contribution from various types of ads (which utilize different types of data tracking), Facebook and Snapchat are likely to see the biggest impact from users opting out via these…
