Ronnie Radke is taking his first steps toward figuring out who is allegedly impersonating him online ... filing a lawsuit in an effort to subpoena Snapchat. The singer and rapper filed a suit against multiple John Does earlier this week ... alleging that, since at least April of last year, an individual he calls John Doe 1 has credibly impersonated him on Snapchat for "purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening and/or defrauding" others. He's also suing John Doe 2 -- who may or may not be the same person as John Doe 1 -- for allegedly impersonating him on Instagram with the same aim to defraud others. Ronnie notes he doesn't know the identities of these alleged impersonators ... which is why he's suing them under these fictitious names until he can figure out who they are. We reached out to Ronnie ... and, he tells us this is the first step in his plan to subpoena Snapchat to get the metadata and IP address he believes necessary to prove he never messaged anyone, including Brittany Furlan . WFMJ Channel 21 reports officer Shawn Reynolds, 34, was suspended at the end of December by the Lisbon Police Department for gross inefficiency, gross incompetency, immoral conduct, neglect of duty and conduct unbecoming of an officer. Reynolds has not been criminally charged, but Lisbon Police Chief Mike Abraham said the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force is investigating, The Morning Journal reports. An adult female contacted the police department on Dec. 28 and accused Reynolds of having conversations with a juvenile female on Snapchat, The Morning Journal reports. Reynolds reportedly sent a friend request to the girl. Police say the conversations between Reynolds and the female were “sexual in nature.” He also contacted the girl while on duty, police say. An Illinois man has been charged with hacking into the Snapchat accounts of nearly 600 women in order to steal their nude photos and sell them online, including to a former Northeastern University track coach, prosecutors announced Wednesday. Kyle Svara, 26, of Oswego, Ill., faces federal counts of aggravated identity theft, wire fraud, computer fraud, conspiracy, and false statements related to child pornography, U.S. District Attorney Leah B. Foley’s office said in a statement. Svara allegedly manipulated victims into sharing their emails, phone numbers, and Snapchat usernames, which he used to access their accounts, the statement said. When the hacking triggered Snapchat to send security codes to affected users, he used an anonymous phone number to text them, posing as a Snap Inc. representative and asking for the codes. Approximately 570 women complied, and Svara was able to access the accounts of at least 59 of them, according to the statement. Svara then downloaded the women’s nude or semi-nude photos in order to sell or trade them online.
