FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A Fargo man is accused of using Snapchat to get three girls under 10 to send him sexually explicit photos and videos. Devon Shealy is facing 3 counts of promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor, 1 count of luring minors by computer, and 1 count of possession of certain materials prohibited. Devon Shealy (Cass County Jail) Documents say the case began March 12, when an Iowa mother told police she found sexual images on her 8 year-old daughter’s phone that had been sent to a contact saved as “daddy.” The mother states similar images were found on the girl’s twin sister’s phone, sent to someone named “Jase.” Detectives later identified a 9-year-old, who said she had sent explicit images to someone on Snapchat using the name “tim_horton2026,” believing he was a 14-year-old boy from Minnesota. Investigators say the Snapchat user pushed the girls to perform sexual acts on camera and send them to him. According to documents, Iowa detectives traced a phone number linked to the messages to Shealy.
