During a farewell episode on her podcast, Brittany Furlan explained what led her to fall for the Ronnie Radke catfish scandal a few weeks ago. Last month it was revealed that Furlan, who's married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, had been messaging someone pretending to be Radke through Snapchat several weeks prior. Radke exposed the situation on his Instagram after he was confronted about it by Lee in a private message. Furlan shared a TikTok addressing the situation several days later. Now, the company is allowing users to make their own with a new standalone app for making AR effects. Snap is introducing a new version of its Lens Studio software that allows anyone to create AR lenses through text prompts and other simple editing tools, and publish them directly to Snapchat. Up to now, Lens Studio has only been available as a desktop app meant for developers and AR professionals. And while the new iOS app and web version aren't nearly as powerful, it offers a wide range of face-altering and body-morphing effects thanks to generative AI. A nurse working at a private clinic inside Oudaya prison was remanded in custody after appearing in court in Marrakech on Monday. She faces charges including inciting corruption, soliciting individuals for prostitution, possessing and distributing pornographic materials, and producing obscene videos, among other accusations brought against her by the public prosecutor following her arrest by security forces. Investigations revealed that the suspect used the Snapchat app to lure her victims, enticing them with pornographic videos and engaging in intimate conversations. She would then request money in exchange for fulfilling their desires and traveling to meet them. After receiving the payments, she would immediately block the victims, making them targets of digital fraud, according to the newspaper Assabah. Although most victims were reluctant to come forward, one decided to break the silence after sending her 1,500 dirhams, which she claimed was for beautification and travel expenses, before disappearing and cutting off all communication. This led him to file a complaint with the Marrakech Security Directorate. The cybercrime unit launched an investigation based on the digital evidence provided by the victim, which helped identify the suspect and her residence. A PERVERT was jailed 23 years for no fewer than 27 sex offences involving two children on Snapchat. Mark Woodcock, of Northwich, will serve six years of his term on extended licence after his sentencing last week at Chester Crown Court. Cheshire Police said the 29-year-old, of Belmont Road, was arrested in November 2023 after he had been involved in sexual communications with a child on Snapchat. On his laptop and his phone it was apparent he had been involved in sexual communications with another child on the same app and he had dozens of indecent images. Woodcock was tight-lipped at a police interview apart from a pre-prepared statement in which he said no-one had identified themselves to him as underage at any time. However he admitted 27 sex offences including attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, attempting to cause a child to engage in sexual activity and attempting to cause a child to watch sexual activity. He also admitted making indecent images of a child, possessing indecent images of a child and possessing indecent images of an animal. Bobby Hix, a teacher at Kettle Run High School, was arrested Monday morning. FAUQUIER COUNTY, Va. — A high school teacher and football coach has been arrested, months after allegations surfaced and multiple football coaches were placed on leave.  On March 7, the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office told the county public school system that a report had been made against a Kettle Run High School employee.  Gary Robert "Bobby" Hix, 28, worked at Kettle Run High School as a science teacher and as an assistant football coach. On March 11, Hix, along with gym teacher and head football coach Charlie Porterfield, was put on administrative leave. A third, unnamed football coach was later also put on leave.  Over the next three months, police interviewed people and reviewed social media records and electronic devices. Now, police say they found Hix had asked students and football players that he supervised, both minors and adults, for nude images over the social media app Snapchat. On Snapchat, photographs and texts disappear after a certain amount of time, unless they are saved by one of the parties. Police said Hix also groomed students, which they described as "gaining a child’s trust, isolating them, giving gifts
