The 2023 Game of the Year debate is in full swing, and while Starfield has enjoyed massive success, it has been overshadowed by other contenders in one key area. So far, 2023 has been an impressive year for gaming, with titles like The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, Diablo 4, Hogwarts Legacy, and Baldur’s Gate capturing the attention of players worldwide.When it comes to measuring hype, an often overlooked aspect is Twitch viewership. Despite big-name Twitch streamers like former CS:GO pro shroud and Asmongold streaming Starfield, the new Bethesda RPG failed to surpass the viewership numbers of four other Game of the Year contenders.According to Streams Charts, Diablo 4 and Hogwarts Legacy garnered 12.7 million and 12.4 million hours of watch time respectively on their launch days. Trailing behind them was Baldur’s Gate with 3.7 million hours, followed by Star Wars Jedi Survivor with 2.6 million hours. Starfield, while still performing well, accumulated 2.4 million hours, which was double the Twitch viewership of The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.While viewership does not determine game awards, it is an intriguing metric for gauging public reactions to new releases. Netflix has just released a new trailer for Castlevania: Nocturne, and it’s all about the Bloodlines. The new trailer features more of Richter Belmont (Edward Bluemel), the new scion of the Belmont house, as he does what his family does best: kill vampires. Nocturne is set during the French Revolution as a new vampire cult rises around a so-called vampire Messiah, Erzsebet Báthory (Franka Potente), who has pledged to do her bloody, bitey bidding. To stop her, Richter will need the help of his new friends, some of whom will be familiar to longtime Castlevania fans.Netflix’s tweet promoting the new trailer mentions the characters Maria, Annette, Olrox, Drolta, and Edouard. In the games, Annette is Richter’s love interest who will definitely have a greater role in Nocturne beyond her first appearance as a damsel in distress in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood. Maria is Maria Renard, another one of Castlevania’s many female heroes who also first appeared in Rondo of Blood. However, unlike Annette, Maria is a playable character both in Rondo of Blood and later in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Drolta is Drolta Tzuentes, a witch from Castlevania: Bloodlines who has a connection to Noctune’s vamp villainess Erzsebet Báthory.

However, all is not okay because Doopliss stole our identity and left us a shell of our former self. To be precise, we’re stuck as a shadow so we’ll have to fight the vile shapeshifter to get our life back. When I was younger I remember chapter four being an annoying level but the levels I thought were tough when I was a kid haven’t been that bad. However, that mindset could change in a flash the further we get in this game so stay tuned. Zelina Vega and Twitch are like best friends now, but that wasn’t always the case. In June, WWE revealed that they had finalized a multi-year partnership agreement with Twitch, which included the return of WWE’s official Twitch channel. This development came three years after WWE informed its superstars that were prohibited from using certain third-party social media outlets, such as Twitch. Last year, WWE rescinded that decision, allowing talent to return to Twitch, but with a few restrictions.
