The first is impeachment. The second is the 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution. There is no question that Trump’s conduct represents challengeable crimes, of greater and lesser gravity. The applicability of the 25th Amendment is not so obvious. The two grounds for impeachment are radically different. The impeachment is for flagrant abuse of the powers of the office. The 25th Amendment is related to some type of disability that prevents a president from fulfilling his duties. Facepunch Studios has released a new update for Rust, and players should be pretty happy with the results. The developer revealed that the game's January 7th update will add new Twitch drops, a Blueprint wipe, server save backups, increased server capacity, and more. Additionally, the update includes a number of fixes, changes to the game's weather patterns, and the disabling of the Christmas event. While some of these additions won't be terribly exciting for players, they should be helpful for the overall game, and make for a better experience. New details about the Season 8 collection event, Anniversary, has been found, including new skins and an interesting change to heirlooms. Mike Shinoda is offering to produce fans’ music live on his popular Twitch channel. Monster Hunter Rise is set to release in just a few short months, but there are still a lot of questions left unanswered about the upcoming Nintendo Switch exclusive. With the launch of Set 4.5 on Jan. 21, the trait will lose Evelynn and Jhin as champions. In December, Riot confirmed that Sivir will replace Jhin as a Cultist and Sharpshooter. It’s also likely that Vladimir will replace Evelynn as a two-cost Cultist and Syphoner, according to a leaked TFT Set 4.5 document last week.  The possibility of Vladimir as a two-cost Cultist was supported by Mortdog on Twitch today when asked about the Set 4.5 trait.
