(AP) — A decision on whether to file charges against an Indiana homeowner suspected of killing of a Guatemalan house cleaner after she mistakenly went to the wrong address may not come for days, prosecutors say. Investigators turned over their findings in Maria Florinda Rios Perez De Velasquez’s death to Boone County Prosecutor Kent Eastwood on Friday. A former boss at Coventry's main hospital trust used Snapchat to lure and rape underage girls. Paul Lipscombe, who a court was told worked at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust as a director involved in improving patient waiting time, admitted 34 offences. The offences include a string of rapes and other sex offences against girls aged from 12 to 15. LeicesterLive reported that the 51-year-old's crimes emerged after he ran off with a 15-year-old girl. Leicester Crown Court heard that Lipscombe picked the teen, who has not been identified, from her home in Lincolnshire and took her to a hotel in Birstall, near Leicester, where they had sex. The account owner had been promoting external gambling websites and collecting money from followers through methods that violate Kuwaiti law. Investigations revealed that the suspect used Snapchat to create the illusion of lucrative financial gains, encouraging followers to transfer money through banking applications. After receiving the funds, he would immediately block them. The suspect also visited gambling halls and recorded supposed winnings to fabricate evidence of quick profits, thereby enticing followers into joining illegal online gambling schemes. COLUMBUS, Mo. (WKRC) - A teenager was arrested and banned from his own college campus after he allegedly attacked multiple students, including strangling a girl twice for blocking him on Snapchat. A student accused 18-year-old Maxwell Warren of breaking into their room on September 26 after she blocked him on Snapchat, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Law&Crime. Warren allegedly forced the student's door open and strangled her after learning that she blocked him on the messaging app. The student unblocked Warren after the incident, and two days later he allegedly texted her on Instagram. "I feel awful U deserve so much better," he reportedly wrote. Another two days passed before the victim confronted Warren over Snapchat, saying, "ou put your hands on me." "I would do it again," Warren allegedly replied. "I f---ing hate you, I would gladly beat your a--." Another violent incident allegedly occurred on October 29 when Warren went to the victim's room while "possibly under the influence of a narcotic." The victim told police Warren attempted to make sexual advances on her, but she refused and said she "just wanted to sleep." Warren became frustrated and strangled the woman again, per the affidavit.
