1 Person Dead After Head On Vehicle Crash In Monroe – News 12 | Westchester

A 43-year-old man is dead after a car crash in Monroe on Saturday evening. Authorities say that two cars crashed at 7:14 p.m. Saturday on Lakes Road. State police say a preliminary investigation found a 2019 Toyota traveling southbound on Lakes Road crossed the center line and struck a northbound 2025 Subaru head-on. The driver of the Subaru died at the scene and was identified as Daryl Baker, 43, of Monroe. The driver of the Toyota was identified as Robert Molina, 61, of Monroe and taken to Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown in critical condition. The investigation remains ongoing.
