After a few weeks of announcing a new feature of ‘disappearing messages’, WhatsApp has finally rolled out the feature for its Indian users. The messaging app will now allow users to switch on and off the feature of having unread chats disappear after a period of seven days. The users were informed about this feature at the beginning of this month. Now that it’s available, we took the chance to explore it! How To Enable The Option? You can send messages that disappear on WhatsApp by enabling disappearing messages. Once enabled, new messages sent in the individual or group chat will disappear after seven days. The most recent selection controls all messages in the chat. This setting won’t affect messages you previously sent or received in the chat.  In an individual chat, either user can turn disappearing messages on or off. An acquaintance and former neighbour of Matt Hancock is supplying the government with tens of millions of vials for NHS Covid-19 tests despite having had no previous experience of producing medical supplies. Alex Bourne, who used to run a pub close to Hancock’s former constituency home in Suffolk, said he initially offered his services to the UK health secretary several months ago by sending him a personal WhatsApp message. Bourne’s company, Hinpack, was at that time producing plastic cups and takeaway boxes for the catering industry. A salesman shared child pornography with a WhatsApp group of co-workers who were "trying to outdo each other" with shock humour and videos, a court heard. hane Carberry (28) re-posted the sick clip without watching the whole thing in a "moment of stupidity" that he instantly regretted, a court heard. Dublin District Court heard the single video featured young boys with a woman. Judge Bryan Smyth struck the case out, sparing Carberry a criminal record after he paid €2,000 to a children's charity. The judge said it would be disproportionate to criminalise the accused for a "momentary lapse of judgement", after hearing Carberry was seeking work as a language teacher. Carberry, of Howth Road, Killester, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography at a premises in East Wall Road on January 17 last year. A further charge of distribution of child pornography was withdrawn by the prosecution. Detective Garda Emma Ryan said the accused sent a video message by WhatsApp to a group with three other people.
