Sept. 30, 2025, 1:15 AM UTC A federal judge dismissed all claims against X Corp.'s billionaire CEO Elon Musk in a lawsuit by former Twitter employees seeking severance, ruling they failed to prove he should be held personally liable. Federal judge Todd M. Hughes rejected the employees’ attempt to “pierce the corporate veil” and hold Musk responsible for actions by Twitter, now X, and its corporate entities. The judge found the six former employees, including former executive Tracy Hawkins, failed to argue that Musk and Twitter operated as a single entity. The employees’ claims that Musk could control access to accounts or subscription pricing “fall short of demonstrating exclusive dominion control,” Hughes wrote for the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The judge, appointed by President Barack Obama, also dismissed fraud and wage theft claims accusing Musk of direct liability. Those claims were dismissed without prejudice. The decision follows a magistrate judge’s January recommendation that several claims should proceed against Musk, including those under federal and state mass layoff laws. He had 1 reception on 1 target for 8 yards in the season opener vs Dallas, and only hauled in 5 catches for 27 yards against Kansas City. AJ Brown is a superstar, and he has as many receptions in the season so far as a guy like Puka Nacua has in a game.  But up until this very moment, AJ Brown has done a pretty great job of handling himself. Obviously he's frustrated with the lack of opportunity he has to impact the games. But he hasn't caused any distractions. He hasn't been moody towards the media. He hasn't thrown any tantrums on the sideline. He's just kept his head down, keeps going about his business, and he had a monster 2nd half against the Rams last week.  Then we get to week 4 against the Bucs. The first half was great. The fear that many of us had tonight turned into reality as the Kentucky Wildcats got demolished by the South Carolina Gamecocks. After a strong start to the first half led by Seth McGowan, the game quickly took a turn as the Cats turned the ball over three times in the second quarter, which led the Gamecocks to a 28-10 lead into the locker room. If you decided not to head to bed early tonight and suffer through the second half, welcome to the club. In what we all hoped would be a half that shows some competence on offense, it was the exact opposite, as they couldn’t finish drives with touchdowns. Once again tonight, Brad White and his defense allowed the Cats to hang around for a little bit, but the lack of offensive firepower cost the Cats a chance to make any noise. He is asking for ₹2 crore in damages, citing a character on the show who seems to be parodying him. A character in The Bads of Bollywood seems to be a parody of NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, something the latter has disapporved of. However, as the character remains unnamed throughout the series, fans of the show are confused how Wankhede will prove it is about him.
