YouTube’s looking to help viewers find the most engaging elements of video clips, while it’s also launching a new feature to acknowledge long-term subscribers during live-streams. First off, on engagement insights - as you can see in this example, YouTube’s new ‘Engagement Graph’, which is currently being tested with a small percentage of mobile and desktop users, will show peaks and troughs in engagement activity when you scrub through the clip. As explained by YouTube: “We’re experimenting with showing viewers a signal to help them quickly see which parts of a video may be interesting. If you’re in this experiment, you’ll see a graph above the red progress bar while scrubbing - if the graph is high, it means that part of the video has been frequently re-watched.” It’s not the first platform to experiment with engagement insights to guide viewer behavior, with Facebook testing the same for live videos back in 2016. The difference, in that case, is that Facebook also used Reactions and comments as a signal, which YouTube, based on the above description, is not. Maniquis is a travel host and YouTube personality. He lives in Mira Mesa.San Diego has a wide variety of amazing food from all over the world, and if you do some research, you can find some amazing cheap eats. As a native San Diegan, born and raised, I love uncovering some of San Diego’s best food on my YouTube channel Jaycation. Seasurf Fish Company in Del Mar Heights is located in a Vons shopping center and its $2 fish tacos and $6 poke nachos during its very affordable happy hours are delicious deals. Happy hour is daily from 3 to 6 p.m.You will also notice many places around San Diego offering Taco Tuesday specials. Although you have to take a drive over to Ramona, Los Rancheros has an amazing $1 street taco deal every Tuesday, and the owner’s cousin comes from Mexico just to make birria, a soup or stew traditionally made of goat or lamb meat, every Tuesday. Stop in after a day out visiting Julian or Three Sisters Falls. Now I’m fairly new to Indian cuisine and discovered this hidden gem in Sorrento Mesa called Charminar Indian Restaurant. The owner is from Hyderabad, India, and the restaurant serves some…

If you’re looking to rewatch a past match of the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL), you may not be able to do it right now. PUBG Mobile Esports’ official YouTube channel is no longer available. The primary channel for streaming all of the battle royale game’s competition appears to have been taken down as a 404 error pops up saying that “this page isn’t available” when you open it. Screengrab via YouTube Today’s takedown comes after the channel was hacked a few days ago. On Oct. 1, the channel was briefly hacked and renamed “SpaceX 2021.” Tencent was able to regain access shortly thereafter. It’s possible that the unavailability of the channel right now could be linked to the hacking a few days ago. The exact reason behind it is still unclear, though. Tencent has not made a public comment on the situation yet. With most mobile gamers using YouTube to consume content, the esports channel was the main broadcasting platform for all of PUBG Mobile’s tournaments. It had over 3 million subscribers.

Emma Chamberlain, a 20-year-old YouTuber, has taken the world by storm.Chamberlain has been involved in the YouTube community for some time now, starting her channel just before she was a junior in high school in 2017.High school can be a transformative time for many people, and Chamberlain’s viewers have been able to watch her grow up as both an individual and in her career. In the beginning, Chamberlain took basic YouTube videos like try-on hauls or lookbooks and made them her own. Chamberlain’s personality began to shine as she posted more vlogs of her doing simple things like getting iced almond milk lattes or thrifting.  Chamberlain’s unique and quirky editing style helped add more humor to her videos and made them stand out from other vlogs on YouTube. Her editing style of jump cuts, zoom-ins and distorted filters quickly became adapted by other YouTubers as well. As Chamberlain’s channel began to take off, her videos had a more relaxed feel, as if she just turned on the camera and talked to her subscribers like old friends while she did different day-to-day teenager activities. However, Chamberlain’s channel became more demanding as she gained subscribers. At this time, Chamberlain dropped out of…

TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Arizona Wildcats (3-0-7, 0-0-3) were defeated by the USC Trojans (8-0-2, 3-0-0) in a 4-1 finish on Sunday. Arizona was able to come out quick, scoring the first goal of the match at the 10 minute mark. USC followed quickly behind, scoring an equalizer eight minutes later. The remainder of the first half was an impressive defensive matchup as both teams fended off multiple attempts to tip the score. In the end, the Trojans were able to send in three in the back half to finish off the game 4-1. The lone Arizona goal came from sophomore Jenna Studer, assisted by junior Madison Goerlinger. In a corner kick that was deflected away by a Trojan, Goerlinger was able to get a foot on the ball and send it in Studer's direction. Studer was able to find the net to score her first career goal. This was Goelinger's fifth assist of the season. Keeper Hope Hisey made six saves to bring her total to 67 on the season.  Up Next  The Arizona Wildcats head on the road for their first pair of Pac-12 road matches. A road rage attack on a Tesla Model X in New Zealand has been viewed 300,000 times after footage was loaded on YouTube just two days ago. The scary incident culminates in a Mitsubishi Galant side-swiping and then swerving in front of the Tesla near Auckland Airport, causing significant damage to both cars. The driver then gets out and starts pounding on the car's window, before blocking another vehicle from leaving the scene until police arrived. It all started as the Tesla overtook the Mitsubishi, which then can be seen tailgating the Tesla and trying to stop it. "After pulling in front of Geoff again, the guy brake checks him before coming to a complete stop, once more blocking both lanes. Geoff took evasive action and quickly drove around him," the YouTube video states. "This sent the other driver into full Mad Max mode and he finally decided that he wanted to ram Geoff." Unluckily for the driver of the Mitsubishi, Tesla owner Geoff Gardiner was using the Elon Musk-run company's built-in Dashcam functionality, which allows users to record footage from the car's multiple cameras to a USB drive. It means that when police showed up to arrest the driver…

Lately, YouTube has been toiling to introduce some handy features and tools on its platform in order to facilitate its audience with more entertainment with ease. And is working hard to gather an audience by initiating several new options like YouTube shorts, etc. Among those, the one feature that the company is in the middle of the testing process is the initiative of connecting the Google assistant with YouTube to get a relevant recommendation related to the ideas of the video, as first reported by 9to5G.This aspect enables a user to explore more while watching videos by recommending them to watch more related to the topic.
