YouTube star Grace Victory has woken up from a 3-month-long coma, and she is ready to talk about it. The 30-year-old lifestyle influencer tweeted: "I'm awake" on Monday, three months after COVID-19 complications put her in the hospital. Now, fans are eagerly awaiting more details.Victory tested positive for the novel coronavirus in December, which was made worse by the fact that she was pregnant at the time. According to updates from her family at the time, she was put into a medically-induced coma as doctors tried to improve her condition. However, on Christmas Eve they decided that she was "too unwell to carry on with the pregnancy," and delivered her baby prematurely. Hogwarts Legacy Chief Designer Troy Leavitt He has left the Avalanche Software team and is withdrawing from the project following a controversy on his YouTube channel. Leavitt became the center of attention of the controversy a couple of weeks ago, when journalist Liam Robertson pointed out that the designer had uploaded a series of videos in the past that, among other topics, expressed their support for the Gamergate movement and downplayed recent high-profile sexual harassment cases in the industry. Leavitt has explained in Twitter leaving Avalanche Software, adding that “I only have good things to say about the game, the development team and WB Games.” Afterward, Leavitt comments that he felt “absolutely secure” in his position at Avalanche, but has made the decision to resign. 1. WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - For Wichita Police Department Officer Jorge “Alex” Avendano, his work with the department’s Juvenile Intervention Unit is more than a job. Avendano recently started a YouTube channel where he tries to keep people in the community informed. In his videos, he aims to teach teens important life skills like changing a tire or dressing for a job interview. His mission is simple. He wants to make a difference in teenagers’ lives. “I wanted to be able to influence our youth in the same way I was influenced and try to help them have a better life and be more successful,” Officer Avendano said. He’s been working for the WPD for 14 years, two of which he’s served as a school resource officer. In September, he became part of WPD’s Juvenile Intervention Unit. Avendano said this has come with some challenges. “It’s been difficult to do our job right now with COVID, just being able to reach out to kids and have some of that connection that I was having at the school,” he said.
