BreAnn Halcumb, 34, was arrested June 1 in Panola County and accused of having an improper relationship with a student, records show. The charge is considered a second-degree felony. In a June 2 statement to KSAT, Randolph Field ISD (RFISD) acknowledged Halcumb’s arrest.
