Inside Business | Oct 25, 2021 at 6:50 AM Jennifer Garrott (Amanda MacDiarmid/Freelance) At work: I lead a team of hospitality professionals who work hard to make sure that everyone on the Princess Anne campus is as comfortable and taken care of as possible. We aim to create a haven for our members where they can relax from the stress that life can bring; like a resort, but closer to home. I directly oversee operations-focused teams to include member services, housekeeping, maintenance, security, locker rooms and youth programs. I am also incredibly fortunate to assist with two charity events hosted by the Princess Anne Country Club each year: the PACC Pro-Am Invitational to benefit the Els for Autism Foundation and the PACC Summer Tennis Invitational to benefit An Achievable Dream, which have collectively raised nearly $1 million. Home and family: Originally from Portsmouth, I now live in Virginia Beach with my husband, Dirk, and our dog, Bodhi. Volunteer activities: I serve as president of the Tidewater of Virginia Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi.
