According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO), 23-year-old Jose Quinones was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday in Douglas, Ga., in an investigation that began on Dec. 11, 2024. Quinones also allegedly asked for similar videos and pictures from the victim during that time. Quinones was charged with electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor and enticing a child for indecent purposes. Sheriff Greg Rowland included a statement regarding cases of this nature. “I hope this arrest sends a loud and clear message: the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office has a ZERO-tolerance policy for exploitation of children,” said Sheriff Rowland. “We will continue to work diligently to stop these predators.
