Kendra Scott CEO Resigns as Founder Returns – JCK Online

By Rob Bates | August 18, 2025 Tom Nolan (left), who had been Kendra Scott’s CEO since 2021, has resigned after nearly 11 years with the Austin, Texas–based jeweler. Scott, the namesake brand’s founder, executive chairwoman, and majority owner, will take over from Nolan on an interim basis, the company confirmed. She had been CEO of the company from its 2002 start until 2021. Along with Nolan, two other top executives—chief financial officer Jason Friesen and chief people officer Danielle Stewart—have left Kendra Scott, where they’d both worked for five years. Neil Bronzo, the company’s former chief digital officer, will return to serve as chief financial officer and chief operations officer on an interim basis. Bronzo’s LinkedIn profile recently listed him as a “retired chief information officer,” who had worked for Aramak, a food services company, and the Pepsi Bottling Group. Beth Ley will become Kendra Scott’s chief people officer on Sept. 2. She worked in the brand’s human resources department from 2015 to 2022 and is currently senior director, global rewards, at Auctane, a software firm.
