The 24-year-old was forced off on his Premier League bow for Liverpool against Bournemouth, missing the encounters with Newcastle United and Arsenal at the start of the campaign. The full-back’s fitness woes have come as Liverpool have battled to cope with the loss of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
