The 21-year-old student described how the incident caused her huge embarrassment and had caused a rift in her family because of her deeply religious mother’s views on her nudity. The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said the incident arose after she left her computer logged on in Abertay University’s Ethical Hacking Laboratory. The case was heard at Dundee Sheriff Court She told Dundee Sheriff Court that later the same day she was alerted to the private topless photo being widely distributed through her Google account.
