NAPPANEE — The new clubhouse at McCormick Creek Golf Course is moving forward and at Monday night’s meeting the council approved a resolution that allows the city to be reimbursed for any expenditures that have to be paid before the financing comes through. Mayor Phil Jenkins told the council, “We’ve done this in the past when we’ve incurred costs before financing came through.
