SPRING VALLEY, Minn. (KTTC) – A KTTC public records request shows a complaint against a city of Spring Valley employee was closed without any disciplinary action. The incident stemmed from a Facebook post on KTTC’s page from Feb. 8 of this year. The content referenced the “big game” in the NFL on that date, broadcast on KTTC as an NBC affiliate. However, the focus wasn’t on football; it was on the halftime entertainment. KTTC asked what viewers thought of Bad Bunny’s performance. Bad Bunny is a Puerto Rican music artist. It was a two word response, “Horse s _ _ _.” The day after the comment was made, in reference to Bad Bunny’s performance, Spring Valley’s mayor took to his Facebook page.
