Business Insider’s Post When Antons Davis worked at NVIDIA, he was leading the user experience for one of the company’s flagship software products, collaborating with teams to build cutting-edge experiences for gamers. On paper, it looked like he had reached a major career milestone, but internally he said he felt increasingly disconnected from his work. A big reason for that was realizing he had already achieved the financial goals he set for himself as a kid. He wanted to own a home, support his parents financially, and give his family the peace of mind that comes from never having to think twice about everyday financial decisions. At Nvidia, he achieved those things. What surprised him was that once those goals were checked off, he expected to feel complete. Instead, he felt like something was missing.
