(Cohoes Police Department)COLONIE, N.Y. — The Cohoes Police Department said it responded to reports of a disturbance near Louis Street Saturday night at around 12:09 a.m.When officers arrived, police say they found two people with injuries, who were then evaluated by EMS on scene.READ: Cobleskill resident confronts suspected burglar, unintentionally discharges firearm, police sayPolice said that during its investigation, it found that 37-year-old Glen Dame, an off-duty Cohoes firefighter, instigated the altercation with the other person.Police charged Dame with assault with intent to cause physical injury.
