The park, which was bought by Hill Brothers Ltd in 2024 and has been granted permission for an extra 55 caravans on site, wants to redevelop the existing clubhouse to create “a significantly enhanced bar and restaurant offer, with a total seating capacity of approximately 104 covers, complemented by a separate “Hunters Lounge” providing an additional 50 covers.” Plans also include new indoor leisure and wellness facilities, including a gym, spa facilities comprising sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and an arcade/entertainment area. At the clubhouse it is planned to add a rooftop sunbathing terrace and improve the external appearance with timber cladding.
