Investigators accuse a Menomonee Falls man of paying a 13-year-old girl for sex. Prosecutors charged Eric Labrosse, 41, with multiple felonies, including soliciting a child for prostitution and second-degree sexual assault of a child.According to the criminal complaint, a local hospital reported the sexual assault of the girl to Menomonee Falls police on Tuesday. Later that evening, officers arrested Labrosse at his recording studio on Appleton Ave. The victim told investigators she met Labrosse on Snapchat. “A 41-year-old man met with the victim, Victim A, a 13-year-old child, on Snapchat, engaged in behavior that led to him picking up the 13-year-old girl for the purpose of sex, taking her to a business and into a private, secluded area and engaging in sexual acts,” Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney Tucker Tellefson said during Labrosse’s first court appearance Friday.The criminal complaint said the 13-year-old girl told investigators Labrosse picked her up from a friend’s house Tuesday morning, taking her to a production studio on Appleton Avenue, where they “engaged in sexual acts in exchange for $60.00.” According to online property records, Labrosse owns the property, a recording studio, at the corner of Appleton and Arthur in Menomonee Falls.
