PSP: Howard man accused of sharing sexual images of juvenile on Snapchat – WJAC

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police say a Howard man is facing charges, accused of sharing sexually explicit images of a juvenile on Snapchat. Troopers say 20-year-old Ryan Regel allegedly requested the explicit images from the victim, and then sent them to others on the social media platform. According to the affidavit, police say Regel reportedly exchanged sexual images with the juvenile, whose age and/or gender were not identified in the complaint. Police say Regel also reportedly shared screenshots of his full conversations with the victim. Online court records show that Regel was arraigned this week on charges of felony sexual abuse of children — disseminating photos of child sex acts, and misdemeanor design/copy obscene material. Regel is free on unsecured bail.
