The Twins are an American League-worst 13-22 since Aug. 1. After a series opening win over Seattle on July 31, the Twins were 56-55 and very much alive in the playoff picture. But they have free-fallen since then. Right now at 69-77, the Twins are six games back of the division lead and 4.5 games back of the final wild-card spot.
