The report was flagged as urgent, indicating a possible immediate risk to a child. Investigators traced the account to 24-year-old Destinee Alexis Flores. Records tied the account to a phone number, email address and a home on Pleasanton Bluff on the South Side. Authorities said the videos showed an adult woman and a very young child, believed to be between 1 and 3 years old.
