The city’s Winterscapes photo contest aims to showcase out-of-doors winter-themed locations, whether they be yours, those in your community, or a public space. Residents can participate by nominating the location in one of three categories: Winter Art, Winter Garden or Winter Play. Nominations will be accepted at edmonton.ca/winterscapes until Feb. 28. And all submitted photos will be posted on the City of Edmonton’s Facebook page for public voting. Weekly prizes will be awarded to the top three yards in each category. The favourite front yard will then be chosen by the Winterscapes judging panel.
